Wyrd Anvil

Long-form Pathfinder 2e campaigns crafted for immersive storytelling, rich character moments, and legendary combat.

Your GM

Hey, I'm Tyler

I've been involved with TTRPGs for several years — starting as a D&D 5e player for about three years before discovering what I actually wanted at the table. That search led me to Pathfinder 2e, and I haven't looked back. I've been GMing PF2e for about a year and keep wanting to sink my teeth deeper. What drives me is the collaborative storytelling. Rules give us a frame to act within — and sometimes the best moments come from knowing exactly when to break them. When I'm not running games, I'm making custom maps for adventurous detours and unique encounters. Every table gets something built for them.

How I Run Games

The Philosophy

Yes, and…

Your idea works and opens up something new. The best moments come from building on what players bring to the table.

Yes, but…

It works, with a complication. Success with consequences makes victories feel earned and the world feel real.

No, and…

It doesn't work and the situation worsens. Stakes are real here — not everything bends to a hero's will.

No, but…

It fails, but something else opens up. Doors close — other doors appear. The story keeps moving forward.

My most important job as GM is to pay attention to the feats and features you choose, then craft content that makes those choices shine. Natural 20s give you the best possible outcome. Every character choice deserves a moment to be legendary.

Campaign Flavor

What Kind of Stories

Dark Fantasy

Moral ambiguity, harsh consequences, and worlds where heroism costs something. Not grimdark for its own sake — darkness with purpose.

Eldritch Horror

Things beyond mortal understanding. Cosmic threats, forbidden knowledge, and the slow creep of dread layered into every session.

Long-Form Campaigns

Multi-month arcs with real character development. The legends you build take time to forge. Built for groups committed to the journey.

Player Reviews

What Players Say

Nokken

"This GM brings a huge amount of passion, intention, and care to every session, and it is clear how much thought and effort he puts into his role. He excels at encounter design, maps, puzzles, and tactical play, creating challenging situations where teamwork and smart decisions really matter. He runs a rules-forward table, but remains very reasonable, welcoming homebrew and creative ideas when they are discussed, refined, and built into solid, consistent mechanics that support the campaign rather than break it. Player creativity is encouraged and often rewarded through established systems, with the rule of cool applied thoughtfully rather than impulsively. He creates a strong atmosphere through Foundry VTT with excellent lighting, music, presentation, and clear character voices, and he lets the dice fall where they may without pulling punches. This is a collaborative table where players are invited to help shape, challenge, and even rewrite the story. Im glad that I have stuck with his Campaign for over a year and you can confidently join him in his new "ish" experience as a GM, he will not disappoint!"

Nick Stephens

"Tyler brings creativity with dedication to his DM sessions. He is ALWAYS willing to have a sidebar and talk about how you want your character to grow. In addition, he knows his stuff. He is able to mix in his story telling with game/player mechanics where you as the player are able to make many different choices versus it being his way or the highway. He encourages his players to have creativity and likes it when they stray from the narrative."

TheBardic Nick

"Tyler is a Dungeon master unlike many others in the field. He is attentive to his players, constructive, imaginative, and works hard to ensure his players are enjoying their time. He creates challenges both unique and entertaining, and ensures his players have the tools needed to at least attempt to succeed."

Spots are limited — campaigns run on a consistent schedule and I keep groups small enough to give every player real attention.
